Russian River Brewing Company is celebrating 20 years in Downtown Santa Rosa in 2024! Our comfortable and family friendly brewpub features up to 20 beers on tap and bottles, cans and growlers to go. While best known for our flagship Double IPA, Pliny the Elder, and it's offspring, Pliny the Younger, we make many other tasty brews and have some of the best pizza in town!

CUVER Belgian Brewers. Local Belgian Family Brewery. Our craft brewery CUVER was founded by a Belgian and Californian family in 2021. We specialize in Belgian beer styles (Abbey & Saison Ales). We also brew Bohemian Pilsner, IPA and a selection of seasonal beers (Blonde & Quad). Our barrel-aged beer line consists of a Flemish Red and Wilde Golden Ale.

Our brewery and processes rely on traditional brewing methods, after all, this ain't no factory beer! Our resulting ales and lagers are our own unique twists on Continental, British, and post-modern American beer styles. The myriad of malts and handful of hops we play with come from Europe and North America in our never-ending pursuit of delicious beer. We stock and select from about twenty-five different barley (and sometimes wheat and rye) malts from the U.S., Canada, the UK, Germany and Belgium. We start our brews with different waters for each beer to accentuate the unique characters that best fit that beer. Our 21-barrel brewhouse uses a single-step infusion (British-style) method followed by boiling in our solid copper kettle. In the kettle, we add a variety of hops we buy from the U.S. and Germany. Occasionally, we also add redwood branch tips, cedar branches, fruit, or other herbs. Following the boil, while cooling the wort (the tasty liquid that will be beer), we add an enzyme that destroys nearly all the gluten from the grains. We regularly use one of either two yeasts, a lager and an ale. During summer, we bring in a third culture for our saisons. After fermentation in conical fermenters, our beer ages in tanks in our cold cellar for at least another month. While many other breweries might produce similar beer styles, faster, our secret ingredient is time. In the end, we fill kegs and cans to take to our favorite bars and restaurants around the Bay Area.

Seismic Brewing was founded with the mission to develop a portfolio of high-quality beers with an emphasis on quality ingredients and sourcing, brewed and brought to market in an environmentally sustainable manner.

At Golden State Cider, our goal is to keep apple trees in the ground, and with that came the idea to produce high-quality craft cider that highlights the regions where the apples are from. We want to celebrate the rich heritage and apple diversity across the west coast by continuing to use 100% fresh pressed west coast apple juice. This is our 'why,' and our path to truly becoming the Golden State's Cider. This is what we stand by in everything that we do.

Seismic Brewing and Golden State Cider joined forces in May of 2022 under the newly formed beverage company, Sonoma Craft. You can now enjoy Seismic beers, Golden State ciders and Golden State spirits at the shared taproom in the Barlow located in Sebastopol, CA at 180 Morris Street, Ste# 150. We can't wait to pour you a pint or two!
